A taxi driver’s cry for help ended an armed attack, with a 20-year-old with a criminal record shot dead.

The National Security Services received a call for help from a taxi driver who was stopped by three people who caused material damage to his car window. A police patrol immediately went to arrest them, but one of them refused to comply and violently resisted the police officers using bladed weapons, which forced two police officers to fire warning shots before the suspect was injured.
