Still, he says, sending holiday cards to students “sounds macabre.”
“And the most macabre sounds are the holiday cards that were photographed, mocked up, printed in December 2021 and sent to the children of five gymnasiums, three pro-gymnasiums, two main schools and four elementary schools in order to spread the parliamentary activities of Seimas member Kristijonas Bartoševičius”, concluded A. Tapinas.
K. Bartoševičius is accused of committing 10 criminal acts: two acts – sexual assault committed once morest a child and a minor, four – molestation of a person under the age of 16, and four more – minor health impairment.

The Criminal Code provides for imprisonment from 3 to 15 years for sexual rape, up to five years for molesting persons under the age of 16, and lighter punishments for health impairment.
