The Criminal Court in Riyadh issued a judicial ruling imprisoning him for one year, imposing a fine of 100,000 riyals, and defaming him at his expense, in addition to the ancillary penalties prescribed by law, which are closing the facility, liquidating the activity, writing off the commercial register, prohibiting the practice of commercial activity, collecting zakat, fees and taxes, and banishing him from Kingdom and not allow him to return to it to work.
