A study confirms the necessity of moderation in consuming eggs in order not to be exposed to heart disease

A recent study, published in the journal Nutrients, reveals that eating a controlled number of eggs does not, in fact, negatively affect our health, and egg consumption can be key to preventing cardiovascular disease (CVD). For the study, researchers surveyed 3,042 men. And a woman, they filled out a form, stating how many eggs they ate per week. After the 10-year research, it was found that 317 people (out of 3042) had heart-related disorders.
