The court in Tobolsk sent a 15-year-old schoolboy under arrest until April 22 under the article on preparing a terrorist attack (part 3, article 30, article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to investigators, he planned to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office. This was reported in the press service of the courts of the Tyumen region.
“The Tobolsk city court determined a measure of restraint in the form of detention in relation to a 15-year-old schoolboy. He is accused of preparing a terrorist attack (part 3 of article 30, article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). A 9th grade student planned to start a fire in the military registration and enlistment office of Tobolsk and the Tobolsk region, ”— says in the message.
According to the investigation, on the evening of February 23, the student took a Molotov cocktail and a lighter and went to the military registration and enlistment office. On the way he was detained by the FSB.
On February 22, the Yaroslavl District Court arrested the girl for two months on charges of preparing for a terrorist attack. According to REN TV, the girl wanted to set fire to the collection point for humanitarian aid for the mobilized.
The first case in Russia, when the court qualified an attack on the military commissariat as a terrorist act, occurred at the end of January. Then a court in Nizhnevartovsk sentenced a man for setting fire to a military enlistment office to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
