Al-Marsad newspaper: issued The Aviation Investigation Office in the Kingdom issued a statement revealing the details of the crash of a small plane in Asir on Saturday followingnoon.
The office indicated that the “HZ-SAL” plane had crashed near the airstrip of the Aviation Club in Al-Haridah, regarding 30 meters into the sea.
He pointed out that the pilot and his escort were rescued by the border guards, and they were transferred to Asir Central Hospital in Abha.
He added that the plane had been taken out of the sea, where it was severely damaged.
