A spokeswoman for the British government cites a prophetic hadith to preserve the climate

Rosie Diaz, spokeswoman for the British government in the Middle East and North Africa, tweeted an interview with the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, in preparation for the cope27 climate summit, which will be held next November in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Rosie wrote, “Among what I received from your previous comments and inspired me a lot is this prophetic hadith: There is no Muslim who plants a tree or sows crops and a bird, a person, or an animal eats from it, but that he has charity in it.”

Rosy added that the hadith makes us reflect on the cycle of life and the importance of taking care of all living creatures around us.
