A specialist reveals the reason Al-Marsad newspaper

Al-Marsad Newspaper: A clinical nutritionist, Amal Kinana, revealed the reasons for the increase in food poisoning cases in the summer.

The nutritionist said, during her hosting of the “Sabah Al-Saudia” program: “Eating is always sensitive to heat, and the air temperature is currently very high, which becomes that restaurants settle food early, and therefore the temperature changes.”

And she continued: “When the food reaches the person, the temperature changes once more, and this is one of the most things that can facilitate the formation of bacteria that cause poisoning.”

And she pointed out that: “It is important that we take water squeezed with some lemon following eating any meal from outside, to cleanse the stomach and intestines, and if the bacteria is greater than that, the person must go to the hospital.”
