Sales of the French luxury goods company, Hermes, recorded a significant jump during the first half of this year, outperforming its competitors, in light of the strong demand for expensive products, especially in the United States and China.
The manufacturer of Birkin bags stated that its profits and sales during the first half of the year exceeded analysts’ expectations, following its revenues in the Americas increased by 21% annually during the second quarter of this year.
At the same time, the company said that it does not intend to increase the prices of its products during the current year, following increasing them last January.
