According to the “Hubei TV Comprehensive Channel” report, a 29-year-old man surnamed Yan from Wuhan, Hubei went to a foot massage shop alone at 5:26 a.m. on June 2. CCTV records show the massage therapist entered Yan’s room at 5.43am and came out 30 minutes later. Seventeen hours later, Yan’s father rushed to the scene at night when he was notified of his son’s accident.
Yan’s father recalled that as soon as he entered the room, he saw a lot of used tissues on the floor, as well as in the trash can, and his son was naked when he died, so he suspected that the store was involved in pornography. At about 11:26 that night, the funeral home staff carried away the son’s body; since there was no CCTV in the room, no one knew what happened in the room during the past 17 hours.
“What happened in the store for 17 hours? My son is in good health. He is 29 years old and has no underlying diseases or bad habits. He came to the (store) in the morning and died at night.”
