The General Security stated that this citizen appeared in a video on social media, driving his vehicle in the opposite direction of traffic, and endangering the lives of others.

The security statement indicated that the citizen hit a security vehicle when trying to stop him and try to escape.

And the General Security stated that the citizen was arrested, regular measures were taken against him, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.
