During Their presence in the Tyrol province of Austria for tourism, and the accident resulted in the death of the head of the family and one of the children, may God have mercy on them, and the rest of the family survived.

And the embassy added in its statement: “Therefore, the embassy has secured the return of family members to the Kingdom on the Saudi Airlines flight to Riyadh today, and work is underway with the Austrian authorities to complete the necessary procedures for transporting the bodies of the deceased, may God have mercy on them, to the Kingdom as soon as possible. The embassy extends its deepest condolences Sincere condolences to the family of the two deceased, hoping that the Almighty God bless them with his mercy,” she said.

The Saudi ambassador to Austria, Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan, commented on the incident by saying: “I extend my sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased in my name and on behalf of all the embassy staff, and we ask God Almighty to have mercy on them and dwell in their vast gardens, and to bind the hearts of their families and redress their painful affliction. We all belong to God and to Him we shall return,” he said.
