A Saudi narrator tells the story of a “genie” who slaughtered a sheep for a “Bedouin” when he ran out of food and drink in the desert • Al Marsad newspaper

Al-Marsad newspaper: The narrator, Eid Fahd, told the story of the generosity of a genie slaughtering a sheep in order to feed a nomadic Bedouin, who ran out of food and drink in the desert, and a strange reaction when the latter learned that he is from the world of the jinn.

The narrator said, in a video clip that he shared on his YouTube channel, that the young man, who traveled a day in the desert, ran out of food and drink, and came to one of the areas near Morocco, to find a person. The “Bedouin” woke up without finding a person or something around him, except that he felt that he was no longer hungry and thirsty, and the “skin tank” next to him was filled with water.

And the narrator continued: The young man made sure that the one who gave him food and drink was from the world of the jinn, following he discovered that the same sheep that was slaughtered yesterday, “toyed” dead, and that the owner of the sheep assured him that this sheep did not have any disease or anything and died suddenly.

He added: When the Bedouin youth narrated to the owner of the sheep with an incident with a person yesterday who slaughtered the same sheep for him, the latter assured him that this monastery in which he was inhabited is inhabited by the jinn.

The narrator indicated that this Bedouin young man went to the same place where he met the genie – despite his knowledge that he is from the world of the jinn -, but he wanted to meet him once more and get to know him, and when he met him, the genie said to him: I know you and I know your father, mother and brothers and I know The Arabs are one and the same. I am your neighbour. When the Bedouin asked him, How do you know me?, the genie replied: We are the inhabitants of the land and Muslims.
