A Russian posts a photo of a ‘trophy’ recovered from the Ukrainians, but he probably shouldn’t have…

On February 3, a Russian published in a Telegram group linked to the Wagner group and on his social networks a photo of a 2S1 Gvozdika tank. He referred to a “trophy” which was recovered by the “allies” from the Ukrainian forces “in February 2023”.

At the time of the photo, the device was parked on a former mining site, southwest of Luhansk. harmless? Not so much, because according to the independent news radio “Radio Liberty”, this is not the first time that Vladimir Lapin, this resident of Omsk, has shared photos of military equipment located in the same place.

What the man did not know was that the satellite information collected through his photos made it possible to locate a huge warehouse in which Russian equipment used in the war in Ukraine is repaired.

According to information from “Radio Liberty”, Vladimir Lapin participated in several operations in Ukraine as a volunteer, last year but also in the 1980s.
