Al-Marsad newspaper: One of the citizens documented a video clip in which a “car tire” appeared, racing vehicles with Nazlat al-Qiddiya in Riyadh.
In the video, the vehicle’s tire was moving at a high speed, outperforming the cars that take this road, as the tire moved on both sides of the road.
The video monitored the drivers avoiding the moving tire on the road, as the tire suddenly rose to the top and then fell off the road.
