The three medical clinics that make up the LeBlanc + Savaria network, located in Blainville, Laval and Mont-Tremblant, have been using this service for several weeks now. According to employees, using this robot saves a lot of time.

They believe that it is easier to grant an appointment to the patient by directing him to the right expertise. “Medicine is a complicated science and the work done upstream is colossal. The place of artificial intelligence in medicine will only grow,” said Dr. Marie-Andrée LeBlanc, physician and manager, in a press release.

Launched 10 weeks ago, this product called Navig is found in seven clinics across Quebec.
