President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued Resolution No. 304 of 2022, which stipulated the following:
Judge Salah Muhammad Abd al-Majid Youssef and Judge Muhammad Ayman Saad al-Din Abbas are appointed as Vice President of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
Counselor Dr. Mazhar Farghali Ali Muhammad is appointed as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
Judge Hisham Ali Sukkar is appointed as an advisor to the commissioners of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khairy Taha is appointed as an Assistant Adviser to the Commission of Commissioners at the Supreme Constitutional Court.
