Certainly, the 2022 Oscars, in its 94th session, entered history from its widest gates, following the incident of world actor Will Smith slapping his colleague Chris Rock on stage and in front of the whole world following the latter bullied the hair of Smith’s wife, Jada.
Given the importance of what happened, the awards ceremony was not given much importance by the media, and even Will Smith himself, who won his first Oscar in his history as Best Actor in a Leading Role for King Richard, was unable to celebrate his achievement.
It was remarkable at the party that the movie “Power of the Dog” lost 11 chances to win the Oscar, as it won one award out of 12 nominations, while the films Coda and Dune shared most of the awards.
