Al-Marsad Newspaper: A recent study revealed an important link between drinking water and the appearance of signs and diseases of aging in humans.
She explained that drinking enough water daily may help delay the aging process for many, according to “Fox News”.
A study conducted by the National Institutes of Health in the United States points to this finding, even though about half of the world’s population does not get the recommended daily amount of water.
“The results suggest that proper hydration may slow aging and extend disease-free lives,” said Natalia Dmitrieva, study author and researcher in the Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine Laboratory at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.
