A woman has been accused by police officers at Las Vegas Airport, in the US state of Nevada, of arresting her because she was “good-looking”.
According to “bestlifeonline”, the story began when 28-year-old Hind Bastami left the airport restaurant without paying the bill, and then fainted from the airport security gate.
When she was found and arrested, she was aggressive and controversial with the authorities, believing that the police were punishing her for her appearance.
The incident erupted when police were called to a Chili’s restaurant at Harry Reid International Airport, regarding a woman who allegedly ate dinner and ran away.
The officers searched for the woman, who they later found out to be Hind, at the airport, but had difficulty finding her.
In the end, the airport staff pointed the police in the right direction following identifying Hind who had described her.
“Shortly following, the TSA notified officers working in Gate D at the airport that a woman matching this description was observed sleeping near the security checkpoint,” the official report from local authorities said.
The girl was later discovered in the baggage claim area, where according to the police, she appeared in complete absence due to alcohol consumption, saying: “She is being harassed because the police have never seen anyone of her beauty.”
According to the officers, the woman was aggressive and out of control during her arrest, saying, “She will spit on all the officers, and they are trying to rape her, because they have not seen any woman with her beauty.
The police later found that this girl had a warrant from the Las Vegas Municipal Court, and was booked in the Clark County Detention Center, in the United States of America on charges of misconduct.
She is currently being held on $1,000 bail, with a court date set for October 27, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
