The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation, has previously hosted two chefs and food bloggers in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, who are considered among the most important chefs and food bloggers in the Middle East who enjoy a high follow-up rate on social media, one of which has more than one million followers on Social media platforms, while the other has nearly a quarter of a million followers. This comes within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to promote the food tourism product and the Egyptian cuisine that is characterized by Egyptian cuisine, which contributes to attracting more tourists from different countries of the world who love food tourism.
Lamia Kamel, the assistant minister of tourism and antiquities for promotion, explained that these bloggers, during their visit to Egypt, prepared two episodes under the auspices of the authority on the Egyptian dishes that characterize the Egyptian cuisine with two famous food bloggers from Egypt, pointing out that these episodes will be broadcast on private social networking sites experience egypt, in addition to broadcasting it on the social media sites of these bloggers, in the coming days.
During their stay in Egypt, these bloggers visited the Giza Pyramids area, toured the Khan Al Khalili area and Al Moez Street, and ate breakfast in a charming Ramadan atmosphere.
