a product taken off the shelves because of a toxic substance, bring it back to the store

Colruyt is recalling, in agreement with the Afsca, its “Boni Selection Bio Tortilla Rolls Tomato 125 g” due to an excessively high content of tropane alkaloids, a toxic substance, the supermarket chain indicated on Wednesday.

For his part, Albert Heijn is recalling his “AH tortilla chips natural biologisch” for the same reason.

The affected Colruyt product has the article number 16684 and a use-by date of 22/08/2022 and 04/01/2023. It was sold in Colruyt and Bio-Planet stores.
