A private plane flying from Spain crashed into the Baltic Sea

A private Cessna plane crashed into the Baltic Sea, flying from Spain to the airport of German Cologne. The plane crash occurred near the Latvian Ventspils. This is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the European media.
