A pregnant man emoji and around 30 new characters are coming to iPhones

About thirty new emojis will soon land on the iPhone. Apple launched a few days ago the beta version of the latest iOS 15.4 update. Besides the possibility of unlock iphone using facial recognition system with mask, the update incorporates dozens of emojis from the Unicode 14.0 list leaked this summer.

Thirty emojis will thus be added to the iPhone library in the coming weeks. The update gives pride of place to inclusiveness with an emoji ofpregnant man and an gender neutral pregnant person, to show that pregnancy is also possible for transgender men and non-binary people. iPhone and iPad users will also have more choices in the future to portray two people shaking hands with a wider range of skin color choices.

Among the novelties, we also find many facial expressions, like a smiley on the verge of tears, a face that melts, a mouth that bites its lip and new gestures. Fauna and flora are also honored with red beans, coral, empty or full nests. The list also contains a troll, a Norse mythological figure that is now more commonly referred to as online provocateurs, and symbols representing a buoy, slide, disco ball, ID card or low battery device.
