This Sunday followingnoon, a fire broke out in a house on rue Piedboeuf, in the Jupille district near the Saint-Amand church. When the firefighters arrived, they unfortunately found that one person had died.
Significant resources have been deployed, rue de Meuse in particular because rue Piedboeuf is particularly narrow. About twenty firefighters descended on the spot with two fire engines and a ladder.
The Liège public prosecutor’s office was also informed of the facts.
