The smartphone located at the door of the high end at Samsung should fill the gap between the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy A54. We can see a rather compact design, a metal frame and a slight pointillism effect on the back. In terms of size, the smartphone would offer a halfway point between the Galaxy S23 (6.1 inches) and the Galaxy S23 Plus (6.6 inches) with a panel size of 6.4 inches.
What to expect from the Galaxy S23 FE?
As with almost all of its ranges, Samsung would once once more offer a very refined design with three superimposed sensors on the back. A choice which has the merit of making the Samsungs more recognizable, but which prevents them from being distinguished from each other.
These photo modules would be far from useless since we would benefit from a 50 Mpx main sensor with OIS, an ultra wide-angle with 12 Mpx sensor and an X3 telephoto lens with 8 Mpx sensor. As a reminder, the Galaxy S21 FE integrated a 12 Mpx main sensor. There was no Galaxy S22 FE.
Previous leaks have revealed almost its entire technical sheet. The Galaxy S23 FE should integrate an Exynos 2200 in Europe, the same as the Galaxy S22 Ultra. It would be coupled with 8 GB of RAM and 128 to 256 GB of storage.
Estimated release date
The estimated release date of the Galaxy S23 FE is at the end of September. It would be presented alongside the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+, the Galaxy Buds FE headphones, but also the new generation of Bluetooth tracker, the SmartTags 2.
