Today, Monday, the price of gold in Egypt continued to rise during transactions, and the gram increased by 3 pounds, compared to its level in the middle of transactions, with the rise in the price of the metal globally, according to Naguib Naguib, former Secretary General of the Gold Division at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce.
The price of a gram of gold rose 5 pounds in the middle of trading, to continue its rise during evening transactions, and the value of the rise becomes 8 pounds per gram.
According to Nagy Farag, head of the Economic Committee of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, earlier to Masrawy, the sales of gold stores witnessed an increase during the last period, as a result of the increase in the demand for gold purchases, whether gold crafts or bullion, to take consumers the yellow metal as a safe haven.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices rose to 650 pounds per gram.
And the price of 18 karat gold rose to 836 pounds per gram.
And the price of 21 karat gold increased to 975 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 karat gold rose to 1114 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound has increased to 7800 pounds, and the price may vary from one dealer to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound, and its price is linked to the prices of a gram of 21 karat.

The global price of gold rose during today’s trading session, the first session of the week, to about $ 1931 an ounce, an increase of 0.32%, according to Bloomberg Agency data, at 3:30 pm Cairo time.
