A new restaurant, L’Art Boisé, opens in Saint-Jean-de-Monts

Restaurant Wooded Art, in Saint-Jean-de-Monts opened its doors at 2 bis avenue des Demoiselles. “I change my card about every 3 weeks. I offer 3 starters, 3 to 4 main courses and 3 desserts. I bring a little exotic touch to my menus thanks to my experience acquired abroad. I also have a lunch formula and a Sunday brunch formula from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.,” explains Samuel Mollé.

A loan of honor to launch your business

Originally from southern Vendée, Samuel Mollé completed his cooking studies in 2013. After starting out in traditional establishments, he progressed to starred establishments, where he acquired several working methods. For two years, he perfected his knowledge by working in the Far East, Australia, the Philippines, Japan… On his return, he chained the winter and summer seasons for 4 years. With his companion Anaïs Dauphin, he achieved his ambition by opening his restaurant, for which he “obtained a loan of honor from Initiative Nord et Ouest Vendée. Anaïs also runs the tapas bar, combining conviviality around a tapas tasting accompanied by a drink. The restaurateurs speak fluent English.

The establishment is open all year round and has 80 places, divided into 3 rooms. For the season, the restaurant is looking for seasonal workers.
