The brand new Pokémon themed console will make its official appearance on November 4, 2022 and is inspired by the artwork of the highly anticipated Pokémon Purple and Scarlet. The console showcases the new Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon on the shiny front of its dock while a Poké Ball can be seen on the back. The Pokémon Koraidon is represented in red (scarlet) and the Pokémon Miraidon is represented in purple (violet).

Additionally, the Joy-Con controllers are colored scarlet and purple, like the name of the game, and they feature the emblems of the Naranja and Uva academies featured in the game. The console itself is covered in red and purple graffiti at the back, including representations of Pokémon Poussacha, Chocodile and Coiffeton, the starters of this new generation. According to Nintendo, players will also be able to recognize other of these symbols while playing the game from November 18.

The Pokémon Purple and Scarlet Edition OLED Switch will be available November 4 for $469.99 in Canada. New players will have the chance to explore Paledia at their leisure and battle gym trainers with the goal of always becoming the best in this new installment. All of this, if you wish, with an all-new themed console.
