Sees violations
The community of residents of this street is watching how another plot is planned to be formed in the neighborhood of the plot numbered 93 and returned to the people who bought the right to recover the land here from the woman who had the right of inheritance. This process also raises questions for them, the neighbors say, but they primarily look at state institutions and their decisions.
The representatives of the community assure that they see violations, as in the territory that falls within the Aukštagiris geomorphological reserve, it is currently intended to form and return the plot. And at the same time, there are also opportunities for building a house.
According to the residents, they don’t understand why the plot is only 586 square meters. m (less than 6 acres) in the territory, although it is a nature reserve subject to special protective regulation.
In a letter written in October to the Vilnius City Municipality, the National Land Service and the Directorate of Pavilnii and Verkiau Regional Parks, the residents demanded “termination of the plot at Lauksargiou st. 93, Vilnius formation procedure and not to form it”.
The letter states that the Vilnius branch of the National Land Service made a decision in April 2022 “Concerning the construction of communication communications, engineering networks and the construction of structures necessary for their functioning on state land where land plots have not been formed” precisely on that state land.
According to this decision, in July of this year, a document authorizing the construction was also issued, thus creating conditions for the installation and legalization of the installation of “the entrance that has existed since the foundation of the homestead on the plot (more than 70 years ago)”. The homestead is located on Lauksargio st. 93.
This decision was appealed to the Lithuanian Administrative Disputes Commission by the person claiming this land.
