A new low-rise building will be built in Vilnius: it will contain commercial spaces and apartments | Business

“When creating spaces for living and working in a unique place in Vilnius, we simply might not ignore the rhythm of life dictated by it: naturalness, aesthetics, harmony of nature and culture. The atmosphere of the zoo was perfect for revealing the Kanso concept we chose,” says Paulius Šatikas, head of the Resolut company managing the developing project.

Originating from Japan, Kanso is a principle of simplicity that means less is more. This concept aims to create a harmonious and orderly environment, free of unnecessary elements. It is a minimalist approach that promotes simplicity, functionality and cleanliness of space, allowing you to live without chaos and excess worries.

“Less chaos – more order, less worries – more harmony, less stuff – more emotions, less obligations – more freedom. We are creating such houses for living and business in Sakalų Street”, says P. Šatikas.

A sustainable and thoughtful project

According to the developers, the low-rise “KANSO Sakalų 4” project, designed for settlers looking for peace and a small number of neighbors, not only embodies the minimalist philosophy, but also strives for sustainability and long-term solutions.

“The building is designed to blend harmoniously into the environment and the neighborhood, and the large enclosed courtyard will provide residents with privacy and peace. Architectural solutions are thought out to the smallest detail not only inside, but also outside: we create spaces for pleasant and relaxing leisure time for both children and adults”, says P. Šatikas.

The building rising on Sakalų Street will provide all the amenities necessary for modern life: from an underground parking lot to advanced technological solutions for everyday comfort.

“For a comfortable life in the city, not only the house itself is an extremely important aspect, but also its environment and the ability to reach services, entertainment and green or recreation areas of the city on foot, by bicycle or by scooter. Žvērynas ensures this luxury by offering residents both a well-developed infrastructure and the city’s largest park, as well as abundant green and peaceful oases,” says the real estate expert.

There is almost no new construction in the zoo

The uniqueness of “KANSO Sakalų 4” is determined not only by the project’s solutions and exceptional location, but also by the lack of new construction options in this part of the city. For many reasons, the supply of new projects in this part of the city is extremely limited.

“The district and its architecture are extremely protected and valued, so it is not worth expecting a large supply of new construction in the future. Only rare plots of land suitable for conversion open up opportunities for her, but they are almost gone in Žvėryna,” says the head of Resolut.

The architecture of the menagerie is extremely well preserved and clearly stands out in the context of the city due to the rich history of the area, which dates back to the 16th century, when the territory belonged to the famous Radvil family, who had established a hunting reserve here. In the 19th and 20th centuries, Žvērynas became popular among the townspeople as a resort area with water cures and saunas. Today, it fascinates with its wooden architecture, which gives the area a special aura.

“When creating the new project, we built it modern, minimalistic and energetically efficient, but both in terms of its forms and emotional charge, it will sustainably fit into and complement the rich picture of the history of Žvėrynas”, says the head of the project management company.
