Leaks indicated that the two “Pro” models in the “iPhone 15” lineup, which Apple intends to launch next fall, will have thinner edges around the screen compared to the previous generation.
According to a video posted by the account known as ShrimpApplePro Concerned with all new Apple products, on Twitter, the standard edges of the “iPhone 15” and “iPhone 15 Plus” do not seem to notice the changes.
Expanding the dynamic island on the iPhone 15 models
It is also expected that the edges on all four “iPhone 15” models will be slightly curved around the edges, similar to the “iPhone 11” models.
The videos also seem to confirm that the “dynamic island” will be expanded to all four “iPhone 15” models, marking the end of the notch on Apple’s high-end iPhones, as the “dynamic island” is currently limited to the “iPhone 14 Pro” models.
ShrimpApplePro said that they were able to confirm from a source that the front glass panels are original parts of the “iPhone 15” lineup.
And the “iPhone 15 Pro” models might have a similar appearance as the “Apple Watch Series 7” and “Series 8”, with thinner bezels around the screen.
Rumors suggest that the Pro models will also have a titanium frame instead of stainless steel, and solid-state volume, mute and power buttons that don’t physically move when pressed.
