The manufacturer has chosen to expand its factory site in Hungary with an innovation center specializing in high-performance computing (HPC) and AI and dedicated to its customers.

The proximity between the innovation center and the factory allows customers to benefit from the most advanced infrastructure solutions in terms of energy efficiency and cooling but also manufacturing and supply chain. This proximity will also allow customers to benefit from a 50% increase in feasibility studies carried out in one year. They will have access to the latest technologies and will reduce delivery times. They will have the opportunity to follow in real time the tests carried out, the proofs of concept developed and the manufacturing of the solutions which will then be installed. They will also be able to discover Lenovo’s first center for testing and demonstrating liquid cooling technology.

As in other Lenovo centers, customers will have the opportunity to develop proven pilot solutions in real time before purchasing them. In this new center, they will be able to test joint solutions developed with partners such as Intel, AMD and NVIDIA. The ability to develop POCs, not only remotely but now also on-premises, allows customers to seamlessly test their workloads in real-world environments, with the ability to make adjustments to achieve the exact solution they want. . The solutions validated in the center will be produced in the Budapest factory. Customers for whom feasibility studies will be carried out in the innovation center will also be able to monitor energy and water consumption in real time on a dedicated wall
