The project implemented by “Releven” is carried out at the initiative of private investors – Adolfos and Lauryns Ginaičiai.
According to Viktor Zubrecov, a representative of Releven, the construction of business centers in the Žvēryn microdistrict has not taken place in recent years, so the new project is expected to fill the need for high-quality premises for companies that care about the well-being of their employees. The business center can be reached on foot in just 5-7 minutes from the river bank or the green Vingis Park, and the Karoliniškii landscape reserve is nearby.
The project will complete Releven’s work on the plot Sēlių, Lapių i Danielių str., which was started a few years ago. development. Two residential (apartment) buildings have already been built next to the business center that has started construction.
According to V. Zubretsov, although the project was prepared and the permission of the Vilnius city municipality was obtained much earlier, a decision was made to update the project solutions.

In addition, we require all the projects we develop to maintain relevance and visual appeal over the years. We know from experience that we achieve the best result when several teams of architects and designers touch the project. Joining the Heima Architects Studio gave birth to an updated look for the future building. We believe that the new architecture of the building and the colors of the finishing materials better reflect the characteristic character of Žvēryn”, said V. Zubrecovas.

The authors of the project solutions of the business center are the architectural studios “Heima” and “JP Architektūra”. The general construction contractor is the Sivysta team. The exclusive rental partner is the commercial real estate consulting company “Colliers Baltics”.
60 parking spaces are provided for the business center community. Opening windows are planned in the building, and employees will be able to use the terrace on the roof. Catering and other service establishments are planned for the convenience of employees on the first floor. The expected energy efficiency class of the project is A++ and BREEAM Very Good assessment. The building project already has a Breeam Design stage (Interim) certificate, indicating that the project is designed to be sustainable and efficient.
