Once again a big blow in Medicine, this time almost 90% of the students failed in the second date of Biochemistry.
The massive bochazos in said faculty are a recurring theme, one occurred in June of this year in Anatomy, another in August in Infectious Diseases, two weeks ago it happened in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and now a new case.
86% of the students did poorly in the Biochemistry exam and one of the student groups was concerned about what had happened.
“Again our course is at stake?” UNITE wrote in the Instagram post dedicated to the matter in question, “we find ourselves again with a bochazo in biochemistry, this is worrying given that many of us only have one date left and that the 4th It’s in February” they continued.
The group insists on the “correction modality”, but in addition to this it maintains that it cannot allow that after completing the whole year the subject runs the risk of losing it at the end of the year.
Finally, UNITE called for mobilizing the professorship to “demand that they do not cancel entire points in the correction.”
