A network outage at Telus has been causing connection problems for many customers in Montreal for two days.
According to the telecommunications company, an equipment problem was the cause of the outage which occurred on Friday morning.
As of Saturday morning, mobile data services were still affected by this outage.
“Mobile services are currently interrupted. You may be unable to access the Internet from your mobile device,” Telus said on its website.
An investigation is underway to allow technicians to restore service to subscribers in Montreal.
