In Togo, a network of five (05) individuals who post indecent messages on public roads has been dismantled by the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ).

According to what the National Police reports on Monday, March 20, 2023, these individuals indeed publish inaccurate medical information, and also engage in the trafficking of fake drugs.

“Big penis, big breasts, big buttocks, strong sex, sex development, premature ejaculation”: these are indeed some of the messages they use, according to the Police, to extol the supposed virtues of the substances they offer to the audience.

“These sellers of illusions endanger the health of some of our fellow citizens with products of dubious quality. Their posters are immodest”, underlines a note from the Police which also informs that the searches enabled the DCPJ to discover and seize in several shops and illegal pharmacies, large quantities of dubious products.

These products are notably in packaging bearing explicit images and writings such as: “AK 47, Bobaraba premium, Maxman, Fantasy man, En large XXXL super power”, among others.

“These individuals arrested will not escape the rigor of the law. They will answer for their acts before the Public Prosecutor”, reassures the Police who also seized this opportunity to warn all those who engage in such acts, and also to draw the attention of the population on the serious dangers to health posed by the consumption of these illicit products.
