A new study revealed that a golden drink can lower average blood sugar levels over a period of months.
The results of the study, published in the International Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences, showed that drinking apple cider vinegar can have a strong effect on blood sugar levels, as adjusting your diet improves and even stabilizes high blood sugar levels over months.
The trial was conducted on 110 patients with type 2 diabetes and divided into two groups, one group was given 15 ml of apple cider vinegar in 200 ml of water during dinner for three months – the other group received a placebo, and blood sugar changes were evaluated and analyzed during the study period.
After the results of the study appeared on the selected groups, the researchers concluded that apple cider vinegar “if used regularly, is effective in controlling diabetes.”
