The European Football Association (UEFA) is considering a contingency plan to move the Champions League final from Saint Petersburg, Russia.
UEFA said, according to beIN Sports, that the decision to move the final match of the Champions League, which will be held in St Petersburg, Russia, on May 28, 2022, will be made in due course.
UEFA stressed that it is closely monitoring the situation between Russia and Ukraine, noting that it is in constant contact with various organizations, embassies and governments to assess the situation.
