A tragic accident occurred this Saturday evening around 7:30 p.m. in Tielt-Winge. While driving on the road, a motorist lost control of his vehicle for an unknown reason. Our colleagues from HLN report that the 20-year-old driver hit a tree head-on before ending his race in a field.
The young victim was killed instantly. According to a witness, there was no excessive speed. No third parties or obstacles were involved in the accident.
