A minute a day is enough: nutritionist Mosley spoke about an easy way to lose weight without a gym

It won’t take long

– Doing a few short exercises throughout the day can be analogous to a full workout, – declared Michael Mosley. – The idea is to set an alarm for regarding every 40 minutes – while you are doing sedentary work. When it works, get up and do a one-minute set of exercises – it can be squats or planks, push-ups or just walking up or down stairs, running in place, whatever! The most important thing is to stay active.

The “sports snack” method is useful because it can fit into your daily and even quite busy schedule without allocating extra time for a full workout, the expert clarifies.

“Exercising in these short bursts can help you burn more calories, lose weight, and normalize blood sugar and pressure even to a greater extent than doing a full half-hour exercise or a set of exercises, Mosley said.
