The middle will begin its actions on February 1, its work shall be coordinated by VDI, and will probably be led by a supervisor appointed by the inspectorate.
As introduced within the report of the inspectorate, the middle is established so as to optimize work and extra promptly make clear violations of authorized acts associated to unlawful, undeclared, pressured labor, in addition to the employment of foreigners and varied different abuses aimed toward avoiding the cost of taxes and contributions associated to labor relations.
In line with VDI, the middle can even intention to guard workers from violations dedicated by employers.
The middle is established on the initiative of VDI, the State Tax Inspectorate, “Sodra”, the Monetary Crimes Investigation Service, the Police Division and the State Border Guard Service.
“All the desired establishments shall be collectively chargeable for the implementation of the set targets and can equally try for a standard outcome – to make clear, determine and scale back the extent of unlawful work and different manifestations of the shadow economic system within the labor market. The middle itself will plan and implement the mandatory measures and apply applicable sanctions for these violations,” the report reads.
