The town of Bouday and the people of the Baalbek region, the martyr corporal Zine El Abidine Shamas, who died during clashes with wanted men in the Al-Sharawneh locality in Baalbek, was buried in a massive and solemn procession, carried on the shoulders of a group of comrades in arms.

Brigadier General Aoun delivered the speech of the Minister of Defense and the Commander of the Army, and he said: “We pledge to the dear martyr that we will continue the march, determined to pursue criminals and security violators wherever they are, and that the hand of justice will undoubtedly reach them sooner or later.”
He led the prayers on the body of the martyr Sheikh Abbas Sadiq Shams, then he was buried in the family cemetery.
