Some of us have heard regarding rabies and others have not. It is a disease that results from biting stray dogs to people, and if the person does not catch himself and go to the nearest health center for treatment, it will happen to him as happened with the person in the video, he will turn into someone who does the same actions as dogs.
A number of social media pioneers circulated a video of a Syrian person tied to a truck, showing symptoms of rabies, and continuing to bark at passersby.
When a relative of the patient, who resides in the countryside of Raqqa in the Dibsiyah region, asked regarding the reason for not undergoing treatment so far, he replied that Health centers in Syria refused to receive him following he had rabies.

In the video, the patient was shown barking like a dog at a man when he asked him his name.
A doctor refused to give the rabies patient a needle, because his condition is late and deteriorating, and he asked his relatives to take him to Al-Razi Hospital in Aleppo.
