A Pakistani youth was sentenced to 17 years in prison by the Perth court for sexually harassing women in Australia and forcing them to perform sexual acts.

According to the report of BBC Urdu, Muhammad Zainul Abedin Rasheed confessed to 119 charges related to 286 people from 20 countries including UK, USA, Japan and France. Two-thirds of Zain’s victims were reported to be under 16 years of age.

According to the report, a court in Perth was told that Zain, 29, lured his victims into a trap that quickly turned into abuse by threatening to send the photos and messages to their families.

The young man was found involved in sexual activities with hundreds of girls around the world by posing as a famous YouTuber.

The report said the children he was blackmailing told him of suicidal thoughts, and one victim sent the accused self-harming pictures, a Perth court judge said. that Zainul Abedin Rasheed continued his blackmail despite their ‘obvious distress’ and ‘intense fear’.

Interpol and US investigators were contacted by Australian authorities, who were then charged after a police raid on the suspect’s home in 2020.

Zain Al Abedin is currently serving a five-year jail sentence for twice sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in his car in a Perth park.
