A man fell this Wednesday followingnoon from the fifth floor of an apartment in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito, following receiving a “home exclusion” notification originated by a complaint of family violence. The Buenos Aires police showed up at the home to notify the 50-year-old subject of the eviction and comply with the judicial procedure. The individual said that he would speak with his lawyer, closed the door and ended up falling “into the void”according to the officers’ testimony.

The shocking event that alarmed the residents of Caballito took place on 500 Hidalgo Street. Agents from the Neighborhood Police Station 6A appeared at the property to comply with the eviction order ordered by Civil Court No. 26.
