The man was arrested and confessed to the facts.
The suspect explained that he had wanted to settle accounts with his former employer, who owns a car garage in Huy. The latter had fired him a short time ago.
This is why he went on December 23 on the spot with a firearm, a rifle which he would have, according to the explanations which he provided, found in a house which had been flooded.
There, according to the first elements communicated by the justice of Liège, the man fired three times in the direction of his former employer at the height of a man. There is material damage but no injuries are to be deplored.
The suspect, deprived of his liberty on Saturday December 24 at 1:45 a.m., confessed to the facts. The telephony determined that he was indeed present that day near the scene. The case was placed under investigation with a request for an arrest warrant.
