A man commits a road accident before injuring 2 police officers in Fléron

A man who had just committed a road accident injured two police officers, one of whom was not on duty, Friday morning in Fléron, indicates the parquet floor of Liège.

A 22-year-old man committed an accident on Friday morning in the Fléron police zone. The only one involved and for a reason yet to be determined, he insulted the people who were near the scene of the accident. A policeman, who was not a service, wanted to intervene and received blows from the driver. The Fléron police then went to the scene. The man then attacked the officers and injured one of them in the shoulder. According to the information available to the magistrate, the police officer would have several tens of days of incapacity for work. According to the first elements, the author of the blows would have been under the influence of alcohol, but the information was not yet confirmed by the parquet floor of Liège, Friday around 5:00 p.m. The man will be brought on Saturday morning before the Liège prosecutor’s office.
