A man and his daughter died in a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Mendoza

A 32-year-old man and his 7-year-old daughter they died this coming following the motorcycle in which they were moving was hit by a vehiclein a road accident that occurred in the department of Las Heras, north of the city of Mendoza, reported police sources.

The victims were identified as emmanuel alexander rojaswho died while being transported by an ambulance, and Delfina Pilar Rojaswho died while being assisted by doctors at the Ramón Carrillo Hospital in that Mendoza town.

According to the reconstruction of the events, the crash occurred when the father and daughter were riding a low-cylinder motorcycle down Cornelio Moyano street, which is a dirt alley.

Upon reaching the intersection with Olascoaga, which is a high-traffic artery in the area, were hit by a Peugeot 207 model car that was traveling at high speed.

Both the man and his daughter were thrown and fell hard on the grounda few meters from the motorcycle that was transporting them, which caused injuries from which they might not recover.

For his part, the driver of the car, a 37-year-old man, was unharmed and following the impact, he began to walk in visible state of shock for what happened.

From the scene of the accident, he was transferred to the 36 Las Heras police station, where proceedings began in a case labeled “double wrongful homicide“, in which he was accused.

In parallel, they added from the provincial force, Scientific Police personnel are analyzing the images of a video security dome located in that corner, to determine the mechanics of the impact.
