Modern Warfare 3 developers will finally address bugged Daily Challenges not tracking progression, promising to investigate the issue.
A week following the release of Modern Warfare 3, the launch of the game was not the smoothest for Sledgehammer. Despite the multitude of new weapons and even the return of MW2 maps from 2009, many players have still criticized certain new features.
The newly introduced Armory has not been without its issues, with players complaining regarding the new system, with some asking the developers to remove the feature. And this feature has also not been without its bugs from the start.

One of the issues players are having with this new system is Daily Challenge reports not tracking progress correctly. Fortunately, the developers have recently addressed the issue.
In a tweet from the account Call of Duty Updates, the MW3 development team announced that they are investigating the issue. “An issue is being investigated where Daily Challenges are not tracking progress for some players“, said the tweet.

The Daily Challenges bug is causing problems for players as it partially replaces the old unlocking system, preventing players from unlocking content for MW3 multiplayer. In short, it slows down your progress.

The tweet’s comments were filled with players pleading for the removal of the arsenal unlock system.
Additionally, players shared stories regarding progression not working, with one player writing: “I had two days where I mightn’t unlock anything in the armory“.
The developers, however, did not give a specific date for the resolution of this problem.
